HEL's High-Pressure reactor systems offer innovative, robust and flexible solutions to chemists working on Hydrogenation, Catalysis and other Pressure-Chemistry studies. Systems are available for Batch, CSTR (Continuously Stirred Tank Reactor) & Flow applications and on single & parallel platforms. Different degrees of automation and control may be selected.
A parallel reaction system for the rapid screening & development of high pressure reactions and heterogeneous catalysis systems. The HPCS is an 8-reactor platform rated up to 200Bar and 200 deg C, with each vessel operating independently in Temperature and Pressure and the gas consumption monitored in real time.
Read moreThe FlowCAT delivers High-Pressure flow chemistry in a bench-top unit, ideal for Hydrogenation, Carbonylation or other high-pressure chemistry. The system has the flexibility to deal with homogenous and heterogeneous chemistry in the same unit and can incorporate a combination of gas and liquid feeds.
Read moreHEL's simplest Catalyst screening system, the CAT blocks are a low-cost solution providing a wealth of rapid early-stage screening data. Up to 96 samples are screened in a common atmosphere, with a range of vessel sizes available.
Read moreAvailable for both Batch & Continuous modes, with applications such as Hydrogenation, Carbonylation & Polymerisation. Configurable with features for monitoring and control of a wide range of festures the HP AutoLAB range is available in as many shapes and configurations as there are applications. Designed by chemists for chemists, with flexibility and user ease-of-use uppermost in mind.
Read moreThe High Pressure PolyBLOCK is a 4 or 8 zone reactor block, with independent Pressure and Temperature monitoring & control. The system has been designed for both Process Development and High-Pressure/High-Throughput work. A range of reactors are available from 1 to 400mL rated to 100Bar as standard.
Read moreWith volumes of 16ml to 400ml and pressure of 200bar, this is the world leader in high pressure parallel chemistry. Ease of use, compact design, with a wide range of features including sampling under pressure.
