HEL crystallisation systems provide solubility data and/or Particle-Size Distribution. Solubility and MSZW data may be obtained from single or parallel platforms and in scale from 1 to 500mL. Clever automation replaces dozens of manual experiments with a single run.
Particle studies are delivered by PAT devices such as Laser Particle-Sizers and turbidity montoring systems - integrated directly into the software for real-time process monitoring and control.
The CrystalSCAN is a versatile automated platform for determining Solubility and Meta-Stable Zone Width (MSZW), in multiple, parallel samples. With precise temperature-control and integrated dilution pumps, the system allows for the investigation over a wide concentration and temperature range.

Based on a patented design, this new combination of electronics and software, is manufactured to HEL's specification to provide a true breakthrough capability compared with existing technologies such as the Lasentec* FBRM®

Read moreA complete update on a venerable workhorse, the SAS supercedes the Fisher Sub-Sieve Sizer (FSSS), widely used in many industries as a critical particle-sizing QC tool. The SAS employs modern electromechanics and a simple touchscreen interface to bring Fisher number (air-permeability particle sizing) measurements into the 21st century.
