LaserTrack - on-line particle sizing and profiling

LaserTRACK

The LaserTRACK probe, based on laser reflection technology, provides on-line (dynamic) process measurement of particle size and distribution. Based on a patented design, this new combination of electronics and software, is manufactured to HEL's specification to provide a true breakthrough capability compared with existing technologies such as the Lasentec* FBRM®

The LaserTRACK is able to predict the correct trend in particle-size distribution, as process changes are made, far more widely and reliably than alternate and existing probes. Tracking of non-spherical particles (such as needles) presents a challenge to traditional technology, but is again far clearer using the LaserTRACK.

Probes can be integrated with process reactors such as HEL's AutoLAB and Simular, providing particle size and distribution data in real-time. Feedback control from the LaserTRACK data can be used to control pumps, temperature - any process parameter or device.
