The Simular provides the flexibility of a jacketed reactor with the accuracy of a dedicated calorimeter. Feature-packed and simple to use, the Simular is an indespensible Scale-Up tool which delivers accurate heat-flow and power-compensation calorimetry for expert and development chemists alike.

MicroNOTE provides a low-cost "Command and Control" solution for laboratory reactors of all kinds. Using HEL's intuitive WinTOUCH control software on a low-profile touchscreen PC with Command, Datalogging and Safety protocols built-in - in particular control for reaction stirring, temperature, dosing and pH.

HEL's Crystallisation screening tool Crystal Eyes incorporates a custom-designed NIR turbidity probe for the monitoring of solubility and MSZW - Available as a stand-alone, hand-held unit, or fully integrated into a stirred vessel with temperature control.

On-Line Calorimetry is a novel solution enabling heat-flow data to be generated in real-time without any prior knowledge of calorimetry. The system can be supplied with new or added to existing chemical reactors.

The ASu is a 6-position autosampling unit. Operated either by keypad or via PC control - the system is ideal for safe and easy automated removal of multiple liquid or slurry samples, from any size reactor.

PAT delivers real-time monitoring of active chemistry. With in-line PAT integrated into HEL's WinISO control software, chemistry-driven control loops become possible - adding a new dimension to process control and optimisation.
