1. By entering the competition, you are deemed to have accepted the following:
2. The competition is open to all HEL website users over 18 years old, except for HEL employees and their relatives, and anyone professionally connected with the prize offered in this competition. HEL reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
3. To qualify for and be entered into this competition, you must complete the HEL Product Enquiry Form and include your contact details and indication of your professional interest. In addition, please enter your relevant reference code as it appears in the promotional material, in the Comments field.
4. By taking part in the competition, you warrant that all information submitted is true, current and complete at the time of submission. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your details and e-mail address are accurate, and that HEL is informed of any changes to these. HEL accepts no responsibility for any changes which are not properly notified from the time of submission of your entry to the time of notification that the prize has been awarded.
5. All entries are the property of HEL. By entering the competition, you thereby assign absolutely the copyright and all other rights in the entry for the full period of the copyright.
6. HEL reserve the right to disqualify your entry if it is incomplete or if there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these rules.
7. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. HEL reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
8. All taxes, insurances, transfers and other expenses resulting from the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
9. A winner will be randomly selected by HEL on April 30th 2008. The winner will be informed directly by email and telephone call. He or she will then be required to claim the prize by 31st May 2008.
10. Failure to claim a prize within the time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternative winner.
11. HEL reserves the right to alter, amend or close the competition as necessary.
12. In the case of any disputes regarding these rules, or the rules or instructions of a specific competition, the decision of HEL will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The competition and these rules are governed by English Law.
