Fully automated solubility and metastable zone width is possible using the CrystalSCAN system.
This allows independent changing of temperature and concentration to obtain the solubility characteristics of different samples.

There is a typical set MSZW plot obtained in a single run. Up to 8 such plots (1 for each sample) can now be automatically produced. The CrystalSCAN lends itself to integration with DoE (design of experiment packages too, allow full optimisation quickly and methodically.

The samples are stirred without causing damage to the crystals using HEL’s unique “suspended” stirring design.
Single probe system – The CrystalEYES is also available with the exact same capability.
